Local Impact Consultants are highly-skilled professionals who have a heart for Community Development. These consultants work as part-time independent contractors on project-based assignments. This allows our clients to get quality work at an affordable price. Consultants range in expertise from Operations, Administration, Project Management, Christian Ministry, Program Development, etc. Our desire is to make a positive impact in Fayetteville and beyond.
Emily Ruth Perry - Principal Consultant
Emily Ruth has cultivated her skills in Community Development, Education/Training, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, and Project Management.
She has experience within nonprofits as a volunteer, staff, board member (including officer roles of Secretary and Board President. Emily Ruth excels at communication, organization, administration, and strategic thinking.
She has a passion for supporting and building up people and organizations. Her faith and family are central to her values. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband, Trey, and two sons, Titus and Timothy.
Samantha Metheny - Consultant
Samantha (Sam) brings a versatile skill set rooted in strategic administrative operations, project planning, and fiscal management. She excels at translating big-picture ideas into actionable strategies, combining meticulous budget creation with clear, compelling communication.
Outside of strategic planning, her creative eye for photography helps capture the heart and stories of the initiatives she serves. Deeply grounded in her Christian faith, Sam is passionate about strengthening her hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Above all, her favorite role is at home as a devoted wife to Will and proud mother to William and Millie.
